“Do you have a big family? Do you have folks who may not be as jazzed about a big family photo shoot? Does your family span from mid-80s to toddlers? Then Ashley is for you! She took time to understand family dynamics, who "belongs" with who, who might be camera-shy, etc. even before the shoot via a phone consultation. Her training as a marriage and family counselor helps her to understand group dynamics and strike the right balance of authoritative and warm. She ordered the shots quickly and thoughtfully, making sure to give special jobs to kids, teenagers, and folks who weren't in a specific shot to keep them engaged. Ashley nailed every photo on my list, made everyone laugh, used a special Elmo voice for my toddler twins, charmed the more photo-shy folks, and paid particular attention to angles and hair. She let us include two nearby locations, and took the time to get glamorous individual shots of my nieces in addition to all the family shots I had asked for. Ashley was prompt, professional, warm, fun to work with, and universally a big hit. She kept up clear, accurate communication throughout the process and returned the photos to us in a reasonable time frame. Maybe best of all, she included some touched-up images in my package and asked me specifically what I wanted to see fixed-- there wasn't much because she did a great job, but if you're inclined to be nit-picky or hard on yourself, you'll like how kind she is about small alterations, especially head swaps, which are almost a must in group portraits sometimes. We are all very impressed, will treasure the images we got for years to come, and look forward to another photo shoot with her in the future.“

“I had a shoot recently. I received very clear instructions on how to prep for the shoot and what I needed to do the day of shoot and what to expect.

Cinnamon did my photos and it’s OBVIOUS she has decades of experience. Her personality was so vibrant but calming.

The first questions she asked were about my comfort level, what I was ok with showing and not ok with showing. Asked a lot of questions about what my goal for the shoot would be. It made me feel very safe and comfortable.

She had me get in my first outfit and pointed out things I never would have thought of like deodorant on my underarms. She gave clear direction on posing and made the whole process so much fun. I forgot I was there for a photoshoot. It seemed effortless for her. She took time after my shoot to answer any questions I had about the next steps in the process.

After the shoot I got the edited photos 3 days later which is a crazy turn around time. The album came with very clear instructions on how to view and select photos or packages for purchase. I was also given multiple reminders to make my selections before the cut off time which my ADHD brain really appreciated.

I would (and have) recommend them to anyone looking for this type of shoot and will probably book in the future.“

“Our Snappr experience was fantastic! We booked Mariola (San Diego area) for a one hour family shoot, and I must admit, I was a little nervous about it, because the price seemed almost too good to be to be true. But Mariola contacted me a couple of days before the shoot, we discussed details of the best beach to take the photos, and she was there on time and ready the day of the session. Mariola was fantastic, and really captured the essence of our family. She was great about making sure we were posed nicely, and was very flexible about taking a few photos of some extended family who came along as well. She made excellent use of our one hour together, making sure to take plenty of different photos in different poses and with different backdrops. A little more than a day later, we received the email notifying us our gallery was ready, and the photos are high quality and absolutely gorgeous! I’ve had no issues downloading the photos to use for our holiday cards, and I am 100% happy with our first Snappr experience. I would definitely use Snappr again, and the next time we are visiting San Diego, we will book Mariola again!“
