I got a flash tattoo on a whim at the SD County Fair, and I was actually super impressed with my artist, Sylvio! Even in the hectic setting, he was calm, professional, and diligent. I just took the wrapping off and it still looks amazing!
Wanted to give a review here, since I tried this artist/company without much research (beyond a quick google to check the ratings). So I want to add my 5 star to the pile in case the next person is like me. I assure you, Bay Ink has great artists!

I had my fingers tattooed by Elvira Savchuk. A memorial tattoo for my late baby girl Elvira. She was a beautiful black cat that spent 19 years with my wife and I. I gave Elvira my idea, she prepared the art work and brought my idea to fruition. The shop itself is in a nice spot. The shop is very large, organized and extremely clean.
