“I had a foot massage here this week. I will say it started off rough- waited fifteen minutes for appointment, weak massage and not great customer service. I was disappointed and gave the feedback to the manager, Charleen. Let me tell you this is where it changed. The manager received my feedback and addressed It immediately. She offered an hour massage to have me give them another chance. I did and the massage was great! No one expects perfection but I was so impressed that Charleen handled it well, used it to train her staff and tried to make accommodation for me. I will go back.“

When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is required. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk. He mentioned he didn't realize appointments were mandatory and had to leave to complete the booking first. It made me appreciate how smooth and organized my own experience was. As for the FSNURU, her HJ, BJ, and HE were amazing.

She was attentive and professional throughout the session, ensuring that the entire experience was comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. I’m glad I didn’t let the upfront payment process discourage me, because the experience was well worth it.

As for her massage skills, I’ll simply say that they lived up to her reputation.
