Our car was broken into and needed the ignition replaced. We contacted Alcatraz through AAA and was able to get in touch with Ricardo at Alcatraz. He gave me his personal number and was in excellent contact with me the whole time while we arranged for the service. I really felt well taken care of. They had to get a piece from Kearney Mesa and we were near the Mexican border and it really didn't take very long, considering. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thanks Ricardo! You saved the day!

My Volkswagen Jetta had ignition lock issues Alcatraz came to my apartment complex and worked tirelessly with my PITA machine to replace the ignition cylinder. Although the quoted price was less than I paid, I'm happy with the service as VW's are a pain to work with and not to mention mine is almost 20 years old.
