“As a person who worked for the Dental industry for six years on and off, this practice is probably the most well run practice I’ve ever been part of as from the perspective of both patient and staff member. Dr. Spencer, Mercedes, and Ana have been my dental providers for just over a year. Fortunately even through three job changes, I’ve been able to maintain a relationship with Dr. Spencer because they go above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of from making my appointment to processing my claim.Please do not listen to the other reviews. I genuinely love coming to the practice because I know I’m going to be greeted with authentic quality care. Yes, procedures take time, but all the ladies educate me on why I need my treatments, from cleanings (regular prophylaxis to deep scaling and root planing treatment. The more time spent in the practice means better quality care, especially in dentistry.Dr. Spencer is so motherly, caring about all her patients and remembers everything I talk about between every three month appointment. Mercedes is sweet and wants to ensure you feel comfortable because Dentistry is scary and intimate. Ana is an aspiring dental hygienist and is a sweetheart. “My daughter has a history of being scared of new things. She's a toddler. Today was her second appointment here, a cleaning. Dr. Z interacted with my daughter in a way that made her less nervous. She showed my daughter the tools she would use, would ask her questions to distract her, showed her all the goodies in her bag and then when she was all done (10 minutes or less) she addressed us (the parents) our concerns. 10/10 experience today, so much so that I had to write a review. “First, the dentists and hygienists are amazing and were so caring and explanatory with my kiddo that the appt was super-easy. I’m giving 4 stars because I’ve had two difficult experiences with communication with the office, the first was difficulty checking in for our first appt bc the office had taken patient name and address given on the phone and misspelled everything, as well as not receiving our referral that our primary office had confirmed to have being sent (I would argue misplacing bc the patient’s information was wrong). The second was being told that an estimate would be sent for our follow-up, giving my email verbally and written to the front desk, and never receiving said estimate, and when following up, being told my information wasn’t on file. This is frustrating when the dental professionals here are so great. I’m going to give them another chance as this is the case, but this is a long-winded way of saying check and double-check before assuming everything is all right.“
