Victor (the owner) was very pleasant, and professional when answering all my questions, and gave us a very accurate estimate of services. Our carpets are very old, worn, and had not been cleaned for many years. Memo did a great job, and we are very happy with the results. We had a leak in a rental in Chula Vista and called Hot Style Carpet Cleaning. Victor the owner answered and came out four hours later. Others were days out. I set up just a carpet cleaning but when he arrived he advised me to remove the affected pad under the carpet. Then he offered to help me remove it. He removed it and the bad tack strip before cleaning the carpet. He spent two hours helping me resolve the problem and didn’t charge me anything extra. He also rented me a dehumidifier to further help. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely call him in the future. Highly recommend!

I am sold with Victor and his crew, if you want the job done right with skill and professionalism then I highly recommend this business. I had a terrible experience with another company from Groupon and I stumbled upon this company and decided to give them a call. Victor made a same day appointment and came within the next 30 minutes! His crew did an outstanding job and getting to meet Victor and the guys I found out this is a 3rd generation family owned business that is dedicated and always puts the costumer needs first.
