My PT experience was very productive. Ken listened and answered all my questions and even made time to include my husband in the plan of care, he was very pleasant and I truly appreciate him! If there is anything unexpected in my experience today, in the text that Synergy sent to remind of upcoming appointments, there's an instruction that if you're visiting for the first time you should be there 30mins early and in my case an appointment at 0700 means waiting outside, standing, exposed in the elements because they open at exactly 0700.
