Musical Instruments & Teachers in Chula Vista picked by BestProsInTown
“Carrie Lui is a fantastic teacher that has a wealth of experience! She has helped me edit numerous of my pieces for 13 years, she has good ideas on how to better the piece as well as the overall playing, and has helped me win many SYMF (Southwestern Youth Music Festival) competitions! She even teaches CM (Certificate of Merit) music theory very diligently. She is patient and demanding at the same time.”
“If there was 6 Stars. I would put it in. Facilities are outstanding and the Music Coaches and Teachers are superb. Time and money well spent. Converting talent to skill.”
“I started taking cello lessons here in January on the recommendation of a friend who studies violin with this same instructor. I'm a senior citizen who hadn't picked up an instrument in 50 years, forgot everything I had learned in compulsory piano and violin lessons as a kid, and never considered myself musical. However, I've always loved the sound of a cello and decided that this was a good time to learn. I could not have found a better instructor than Mark. His ability to communicate, support, encourage and explain are phenomenal! I really look forward to my weekly lessons with him. If you want to learn an instrument yourself -- at whatever age you happen to be -- or provide the kind of musical instruction that your kids will really enjoy, rather than dread, this is where you need to come! FYI, Mark teaches multiple instruments (cello, violin, guitar, piano, etc.) and his lessons are quite reasonable.”
