I typically don't leave comments or reviews, but I couldn't let this moment pass. While I respect those who gave a 1-star rating, my experience was outstanding. Ann, the nail technician, was incredibly friendly and attentive. She executed my nail requests perfectly and ensured my comfort. The attached photo serves as evidence. I also subscribe to the belief that kindness begets kindness. I'll definitely return and specifically request Ann for my next nail appointment.

Literally the nicest people I have ever met. When Brandon did my nails he kept conversation and made me feel so comfortable with my nails which I find hard with my past nail techs. The overall vibe when getting my nails done was so welcoming. I've been coming here since summer of 2023 and this place will definitely be my number one pick! :)
