Had an emergency issue with shower faucet continued to expell water due to the shower handle not working as intended. Showed Christopher a video recorded by the tenant and within 30 minutes he was at the house assessing the problem and within the next hour he picked up the parts and repaired the problem. Excellent work and communicated throughout the whole process. Will continue to use him in the future.

Called for an emergency service at 5pm, main line was backed up to the point water was coming out of shower drain. After telling Chris the issue, he told me exactly what he thought it was based on what I described, exactly what he would do to fix it, and exactly how much he charged. Direct, transparent and straight to the point, exactly what I was looking for. I’ve had issues with other plumbers before, but this guy was the best!
