Jason provided excellent service from start to finish! He came out quickly, fixed my clogged sink with no problem, and made sure everything was draining perfectly before leaving. I have been looking for a barber in Burbank for the last few years, I kind of gave up and moved on to having longer hair. I used to drive all the way to Tarzana for a haircut but with my work schedule and with 2 kids I didn't have the time to make the trek. I hated losing my barber and I searched long and hard in Burbank for another one. I was let down every place I went! Until a buddy of mine walked in with a fade that looked Crisp! and when he told me it was this place, right down the street from our office, I had to go immediately. Let me tell you, I've walked out of other barber shops that others say are great and I've left disappointed and wanting to wear a hat. NOT THIS PLACE! Oscar took such good care of me! I could tell by his technique that he was a master of his craft. I appreciated him being on time and taking his time. If you are wondering about this place, wonder no more! go and schedule a cut asap!! Oscar was my barber, but as I saw that all the other barbers were delivering top notch cuts as well!! So happy that I found my new Barber and that it's in town!!!

My girlfriend dragged me here because she wanted her gel nails taken off. While I was sitting with her (never been in a nail salon before), I asked to get some cuticle oil and a buff. A beautiful, clean, serene salon literally right off the 134 near Disney Studios and Warner Brothers Studios, Patti, the senior manager, ensures that all scheduling is done smoothly and efficiently, and continually checks in with her technicians to make sure things are going smoothly for each client.
I’ve only been there three times, but each time it was packed, so you definitely want to make a reservation.
The bonus of this place is that, unlike pretty much every other salon everywhere, they specialize in both organic, real nails and pure manicures, all the way up to elaborate gel nails, and chrome and nail art.
I’ve struggled for years trying to find a place that does both well, and this place totally gets it.
They treat you to an ice cold, full bottle of water without asking, and they’ve got all kinds of coffees and teas and treats.
Honestly, with the pricepoint being as affordable as it is, I’m not surprised that it’s impossible to get in without a reservation at least a few days in advance.
Note that each of the nail tech have different days and hours, so once you find someone who’s a good fit, you’ll just need to make sure that their schedule aligns with yours.

I had the pleasure of having Arus as my hair stylist and Diana as my makeup artist for my wedding. They did mine and my bridal party so beautifully that made each photo so amazing! My hair lasted all night and was the most comfortable hairstyle ever even with all the pins and hairspray! I loved it so much and despite me not having time to do a bridal trial with Arus before the wedding, she somehow knew exactly what I wanted to make it fit my face and dress best. Diana's makeup for me also felt so comfortable even if it was full glam and lasted all day despite the hot temperatures and all the dancing. Only later did I learn that she has over 15 years of experience, and it truly shows — she is a top-level master.
Larisa works with incredible precision, uses high-quality materials, and perfectly understands how to choose the right length and volume without overloading the eyes. My lashes look luxurious, elegant, and natural, and most importantly — they feel light and comfortable with no irritation at all.

We needed a tankless water heater replacement and I was worried it would turn into a big construction project. The installer handled venting, condensate, and the gas line upgrade like it was routine. He mounted the unit cleanly, labeled the shutoffs, and showed me how to descale it when it’s time for maintenance. He even registered the serial number for the warranty right in front of me. Reclaiming that corner of the garage made the space feel organized again. Hot water is now basically on demand, and the unit is surprisingly quiet. The final walkthrough covered safety, efficiency settings, and error codes so I feel confident using it. Start to finish, it was professional and efficient.

I had a great experience with Erik when he came out to service (descale and flush out) my water heater. He was friendly, professional, and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. I had to cancel our original appointment at the last minute, and he was very understanding and flexible in rescheduling me quickly.
He was also very responsive in communication and provided the most competitive estimate compared to others I looked into. It was clear he’s knowledgeable and takes pride in his work—he got everything done efficiently and thoroughly.

The entire house has been updated with new pipe. The main line to the service has also been redone. The showers were backing up. I ran water and had snaked the drains. The problem was intermittent.
Anthony came with his camera and gear and diagnosed the issue within 20 min. WOW! The issue was at the connection between the ABS pipe and the 6” city service. Anthony gave me options that itself is really appreciated.

Plumbing Boys finished the entire job in two days. A water heater enclosure was installed. All supply lines were relocated with new shut off valves. The enclosure was weather proofed and attached to the home. Excellent work!

I had a great experience with this plumbing company in Burbank. Samuel handled a big project for me—he replaced my old water heater, added a safety pan underneath, and moved it to a new spot so there was more space for the water softener in the utility room. He also put in a whole house shut-off valve for extra peace of mind. Samuel was friendly, quick, and kept things light with his sense of humor. He even went the extra mile by clearing a clogged tub drain, installing a new bidet seat, and swapping out some leaky faucet valves. Even though some of these were smaller fixes, he took care of everything with a positive attitude and gave helpful advice along the way. I am so glad he did I picked a different color. I was trying to get the carpet in before Christmas and Mike and the team made it happen. Everyone is super responsive and the whole process was seamless. I am doing a complete remodel of the house and with so many issues it was great to work with a vendor that did what they said they would do and made it so easy. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I need carpet.

I have worked with contractors on home construction and repair for over 40 years, and LA Structural is the best company I ever worked with. This was a huge job, waterproofing three walls of the house. It took two months. LA Structural got the job done in a reasonable time and did beautiful work. The construction crew was extremely careful and cleaned up well every day and at the end of the job. Every single person was honest, caring, and easy to work with. Dale Terndrup and Branden Seabert explained what was needed. Dale has been in the business for decades, and Branden is a structural engineer. I felt that I was dealing with true professionals. Branden negotiated the contract with me. He was flexible and reasonable, and it seemed to me that the contract was fair. Juan Casillas and Dale's son Matt Terndrup helped me to understand the wait with the City to get the permitting done. I didn't like the wait, but they gave me the impression that they were doing everything possible to speed up the process. Manny Guzman was the project supervisor. A former firefighter, he seems to be used to dealing with a lot of moving parts very well. He was a dream - very responsive and easy to work with. Marvin Sanchez, Alvaro Perez (father and son), and Oscar Cop formed the core of a construction team that ranged from three to five men. (The remainder were Juan (different last name), and Celso.) They are true craftsmen. The work was backbreaking, noisy, and labor-intensive. They kept up a steady, diligent pace and took pride in finishing in a timely manner. They were quite friendly, kind, and easy to talk with. They spent the minimum time possible on the invasive part inside the house and were careful to try not to track dirt in and to clean up afterward. Manny helped by giving me notice, so that I could plan to be away when the noise got to be too much, or in a different part of the house from the workmen. I learned a lot from the work ethic of Manny and his crew, their good humor, and their sense of honor in the job. I have enormous admiration for this company. If you select LA Structural, you will be in good hands.
We purchased our first home late last year and had the daunting task of finding a GC to handle various updates, large and small. Eventually we found Bartona Builders and were immediately impressed with the great communication from Indra and Matt.
Through the next few months they oversaw bathroom tiling, major re-piping, electrical work, drywalling & painting our garage and sunroom, along with so many little details like shelves, closets and more. We were pretty amazed at how quickly they worked through a laundry list of updates and fixes, and always kept us aware of any changes or minor delays.
The work itself was always thoughtfully done, with a high standard of craftsmanship. Matt was always super hands-on and available, checking in frequently to make sure we were feeling good about everything. A swarm of bees had nested in the pepper tree that spreads over our patio, making it unusable. Jody came just a day of so after we called him, exterminated the nest, and filled the hole in the tree with foam so that it can't be used by future swarms. He was professional, reasonably priced, and (most of all) he got rid of the bees so we can sit outside again. We recommend him to anyone who has an unwanted swarm of bees.Service: Bee extermination

Mike and Carlos did a thorough initial inspection and I had the estimate in my hands by the time they left. They are the guys who are on site to supervise the work crew so information does not have to be repeated. The team arrived promptly, put down tarps and plywood to protect plants and other areas, worked steadily and clearly know what they are doing with 70-foot-tall trees. They took down 5 large trees, thinned 5 trees that had not been touched in 30 years, ground out stumps and cleared dense vegetation. Most of the work was on a 45-degree or steeper slope that is some distance from the street. They exceeded my expectations and did a more thorough and extensive project than I expected. They cleaned up after the work was done. And their pricing was better than two other quotes I got. Their service was excellent.

This review is decades overdue. Dr Tim Barreto has been the most important person I've ever met on my healing path. Many years ago when I injured my neck dancing around the world, other chiros told me I'd likely need neck surgery. I had the divine grace of meeting Dr Barreto soon after and he quite magically "gave me a new neck" as I say. Our sessions were profound and I came out of our work together with zero neck pain. I felt so good for many years that I didn't need to see him but every time something cropped up he would be my go to. Recently I've had the worst injury of my life with a concussion and he has been truly remarkable as always. I am a dentist and most dentist have bad necks and backs. Dr Suarez has taken care of my Hereditarily Degenerative Disc Disease, my sore stiff neck and my horrible back muscle spasms for over 20 years. He has done my back and neck adjustments and shown me the proper stretching exercises and great preventative ergonomic positions to treat me patient. I have referred my dental team for carpal tunnel syndrome, and refer my patients with severe TMJ discomfort. Along with his adjustments he treats me with warm packs and electrode massage stimulation. Plus now he has this amazing CBD gel for my back, neck, and joints, and I even use it on some of my patients. I came to Bastet Cat Hospital because my cat kept getting sicker and sicker over a period of two months despite constant vet visits and trips to the emergency room. I eventually concluded that my cat wasn't getting high quality care because most vets are trained to care for dogs. It's a larger market, and dogs come to the vet more regularly. So my cat was getting less attention than she deserved, and was likely being treated as if she were a small dog.
Bastet treated her like an individual; reevaluating all of her previous lab work and catching what prior vets missed. Bastet worked with a compounding pharmacy to get her high quality medicines tailored to her needs, and then followed up with me throughout the week to monitor her improvement.
Most importantly, Bastet's staff actually plainly cares. They spend real time with your pet. You don't feel rushed through the appointment or put on a conveyer belt. It's real personalized medical care.

I decided to try this place out. It is located in a chiropractor office. It was a nice and professional massage. I felt relaxed and loose after the massage. They also have plenty of parking.

Today was my first day here. Nice and calm place and staff are very welcoming. I had Megan as my therapist for 90 minutes deep tissue massage. She's very skilled at resolving muscle tension issues. I highly recommend her, and I will definitely be back.

I loved my Chinese pressure point foot massage. Keep in mind the context of this business. It’s not similar to a western/American massage. Those would cost double-triple the cost. Their foot massage comes with a quick head and neck massage too. You need to specify if you want harder pressure. Otherwise, they default to a light pressure. You can also specify if you want longer time on certain areas. (I had to ask for more pressure.) They take cash, credit card ($1 extra), Venmo. Foot massages are in a common room. Full body massages have private rooms. For the price, the convenience of open 7 days/week, 10am-10 pm, it’s a deal for this area. Use Google translate if communication is an issue. When you go to a basic, neighborhood mom and pop taqueria, you don’t expect fluent, naive speakers running the place so I don’t know why people are so surprised a Chinese foot massage would be any different. If you want someone fluent in English, you can find that for $80-120 hour and book way ahead of time.

I truly look forward to every visit with Dr. Hoehn — she's not just an acupuncturist, she's like a therapist, girlfriend, and doctor all rolled into one. She’s funny, kind, and incredibly easy to talk to, which makes every session feel really special.
During the thick of my IVF injections (Lupron, iykyk), her work significantly reduced the side effects I was experiencing. Before seeing her, I really struggled. But now, it almost feels like I have no side effects at all. She even came to my transfer, led a beautiful meditation to help me breathe through the nerves, and truly advocated for my right to pee, haha. I honestly don’t want to imagine what that day would've been like without her.
My fertility journey is still in progress, but I feel so much more at peace and supported, and that has everything to do with Dr. Hoehn. She’s an absolute gem.
Dr. Kong is a total magic! I pulled my calf muscle working out and could barely walk. I found her on yelp and called immediately upon pulling my muscle and she got me in IMMEDIATELY. The moment I walked in and met her I just knew this Doctor knew her stuff. She is extremely intentional and I felt so well taken care of. After my session I was still hurting but definitely better than when I walked in. She suggested I do a follow up appointment the next day. I woke up the next morning feeling so much better - about 80% better I would say! After my second session, I was back up to 90% and then waking up the following morning - 99% healed! I think one more day of rest and I will be completely healed. I didn't even do anything special in between my sessions - I am positive it is because of her magic touch! I feel so grateful for her skill and will 1000% come back again!
I've been coming here for a few months now on and off. Mr. Kim is great at what he does. He's been helping with my sleep/anxiety/stress etc. Every session I fall asleep for about 20-30 minutes. I defintiely leave feeling very relaxed. I highly reccomend seeing him and trying acupuncture if you haven't before. There's so many ailments he can help with!

Dr. Mao is a godsend. I am so lucky to have found her. I was dealing with Nausea, acid reflux and dizziness. I went to a few GIs and no one could tell me what was wrong. I got an endoscopy and a ton of other tests and everything came back normal. I heard that acupuncture is a good option for stomach issues and I am happy I gave it a try. I told him we're my problem was. He knew my fingers were going numb and a few other symptoms that I didn't share. Didn't know they were related. If you have a problem he'll tell you if he can help or not. I've been seeing him off and on for well over 30 years. He's my go to especially when doctors can't figure it out. Dr. Ryu is a skilled healer. After 3-4 sessions with him, I went from an acupuncture skeptic to a believer.
