Toluca Burbank Dog & Cat Hospital is known for its kind and dedicated veterinarians who genuinely care about animals. The staff is lovely, and the doctors, including Dr. Jan Levitt and Dr. Skaar, are praised for their thorough examinations and reasonable prices. They provide clear communication about medical options without pushing unnecessary tests. Many clients appreciate the compassionate support during difficult times, such as end-of-life decisions for their pets. The only downside mentioned is the sometimes challenging parking situation nearby, but overall, clients feel very fortunate to have found this caring veterinary practice.
I recently switched over to Toluca Burbank Dog & Cat and I am thrilled. Dr. Gum was Bodie's prior vet at a different office and was so wonderful, thoughtful and smart I did not hesitate to follow her. She actually met my cat when he was a rescue before I adopted him and has been so happy to see him flourish. Dr. Gum is responsive, on top of anything that might be wrong, open to questions and gives great advice. The office itself is comfy and inviting, staff is lovely and it's easy to park. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Great experience at Toluca Dog & Cat Hospital! Dr Hannah Gum made our dogs feel so relaxed and calm during the exam and she explained everything to us. She gave us good recommendations to help with our pitty’s skin issues. We didn’t feel pressured to add more services or tests. Prices were very reasonable, considering the high cost of other concierge type vet clinics. Staff was very warm and friendly. So happy to have our furry family under Dr Gum’s care ❤

Every experience I’ve had with them has been positive, from affordability, to scheduling, to overall team efficiency.
