Technician came to my home and diagnosed the problem with my washer. Some parts had to be ordered but once he received them he came back and finish his job as expected. Very professional and clean.

The agent taking the call and setting up the appointment Is very responsive and calls back when she says she will. She follows up and keeps you abreast of the time. The technician will show up.
