LA Structural recently retrofitted our 100-year-old house in Los Angeles, CA where earthquakes are not uncommon. We interviewed two other companies prior, and I am so glad we chose LA Structural.
Both companies told us, in addition to retrofitting, we needed a new foundation and clearance of built-up soil in the crawl space under the house. Thanks to Dale and his team our drainage/flooding issues are over. Our back room is built up against a hill and every time it rained longer than 2 days in a row water would just start collecting in that room. We’d have to move all the rugs and furniture out of there and it was a total nightmare.
LA Structural finished our drainage and waterproofing job right before the record-breaking rains that fell over LA winter 2024 and our back room stayed dry the entire time.

LA Structural fixed our water leak! They were not the cheapest bid we got but their warranty for as long as we owned the home sealed the deal for us. Our guest house is partially underground and while it was not cheap to get it fixed, the quality of work was excellent. All our questions were addressed professionally and the all issues that occurred was promptly resolved. In one case, it was not really LA Structural's fault but they took care of it as part of the job no questions asked.Branden and Manny were both there to work with us whenever we asked.
