David himself gave an education on rug care, tips, and many suggestions. They are accommodating, helpful, gracious, and did a wonderful job. They picked it up and dropped it off, and it looks better than it did when first purchased.
David was prompt, personable, and professional. He picked up our rug, cleaned it beautifully, and returned it to the house. I appreciated his honest advice beforehand about whether it was worth cleaning. I’d use David & Sons Rug Cleaning again in a heartbeat.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. I found a vintage hand woven oriental rug that was beautiful, but there was a chance it was just a goner because of the state it was in. it needed a cleaning real bad. I called David and he was so easy to deal with and friendly and fair. He was realistic about the state of this antique rug but when I got it back, I was blown away! He gave it new life and it looks amazing in my space. Thank you, David And sons Rug Cleaning for the amazing job!
I never take time to write reviews online but David and his company made me want to take the time to do so. He did a great job at cleaning my family’s Persian rug. He was quick and communicated promptly and clearly. The process was very easy with him, I’d recommend him to anyone in the LA area!
