“The only person I trust to groom my cat. Always kind and takes her time with even just getting the kitty out of the crate or getting my kitty back in for pick up. Never had any issues and I will only go to her for my cat’s grooming. Anyone who says she’s rude has genuinely no idea what they are talking about. Both my dogs are currently 16 years old and doing well and if they have an issue, she always gets them in as needed. Her facility is clean and they always explain things very clearly. “been coming here since 2023 when I lived down the street and still come now living I Hollywood. My dog isn't the easiest to groom as he's a big diva but Brian does the job right EVERY time. He not only takes the time to get to know my dog, but he also shows my alpha doggo who's boss which is very necessary for a dog like him lol. He also stays smelling good for a month which is ideal. I'll keep coming back here as long as Brian is his groomer and of course because the staff treats us like family. Would not recommend this place more!!“

“I have a small Pomeranian and we used a traditional vet. The vaccines and food were causing him to lose over 50% of his fur. iPet Care Vet spent time with us explaining what is the root cause and came up with a plan. She said my goal is to never see your dog again. Which is the correct goal. Unlike a regular vet who wants to keep seeing you for more money and never fix the issue. iPet Care's treatment plan took a couple of months. We changed the food to Bones and Co meat, used the liquid collagen and started probiotic yogurt from iPet Care. Within 6 months his beautiful fur is almost all grown back. He is soft and his fur is full. Everyone keeps asking my wife and I how we did it. We stopped letting a traditional vet poison him and changed to better food. He is doing great and I suspect in the next few months all his fur will regrow. He only has one spot left but 90% of his fur is back. Thank you iPet Care for giving us our beautiful dog back.“

“What a gem! Paw Haven truly saved me over the holidays after I was searching for reliable dog care since losing our longtime dog sitter. From the moment I brought my dog in for his temperament test, I immediately felt at ease—the staff were relaxed yet incredibly professional.
My dog is a senior with diabetes, requires insulin, and is partially blind, so I was nervous leaving him for over a week with new people in a new place. The staff reassured me right away that my pup would be in great hands—and he absolutely was.
I also love that the dogs get their own room vs. being in a crate! The frequent Instagram story updates gave me so much peace of mind, too.
Special thanks to Tony, who administered insulin shots twice a day and he stays overnight with the pups! “Great spot! Took my 110lb St. Bernard puppy here for the first time and they did great, Agnes came out looking fresh and clean. The workers were friendly and nice and verified what I wanted done prior to taking her back. They were upfront about pricing and accurate about how long it would take. Reasonably priced and completed the job quickly for my stubborn pup! Will be coming back!“

He pulled up the livestream so that I was able to watch as Sitka was introduced to the other pups and staff. As I watched the livestream I could see he was very comfortable meeting staff and other pups, and that was very reassuring. He was happy when I picked him up and that made me comfortable.
