Based on the reviews, Best D Kplumber Service provides professional and efficient plumbing work. Nathaniel and Barry are frequently mentioned for their knowledge and polite service. They are skilled in water heater replacement, sink installation, toilet setup, and sewer line work. Customers appreciate that the plumbers take time to explain the plumbing system, drain lines, and how to prevent future clogs. The team is prompt, arrives on time, and leaves the work area clean and tidy. They handle emergencies quickly, even coming out on a Sunday when needed. Barry is noted for being careful and easy to talk to, while Nathaniel is helpful and keeps customers updated with photos during the job. The office staff, including Barry, is helpful with scheduling and calls to let customers know when the plumber is on the way. The service is smooth and professional. When a customer was not fully satisfied with a shower head, Nathaniel and Barry returned multiple times to make adjustments and eventually replaced it without any hassle. They are patient and focused on making sure the customer is happy with the result. The company offers a fair price with strong workmanship. Customers would gladly recommend this plumbing service for water heater, sink, toilet, shower fixture, and bathtub plumbing work.
There’s a good reason Best D Kplumber Service has so many 5-star reviews. My water heater stopped working, and they were able to fit me in quickly. Communication was clear the whole time, and they even sent a photo of Nathaniel before he arrived, which I appreciated. Nathaniel was friendly, professional, and got straight to work. He diagnosed the water heater issue fast, made the repair in a short time, and the price was under $100. He also shared helpful advice about planning for a replacement soon since my unit is getting older. I really appreciated the thorough service, honest communication, and having hot water again.
I was referred through a neighborhood app for some plumbing work and scheduled a free estimate after explaining what I needed. Soon after, Nathaniel installed a brand new water heater, connected a new kitchen sink, hooked up three new bathroom vanity sinks, and set two new toilets. He worked quickly, knew his plumbing trade well, and was polite the whole time. He also took time to explain the installation work, answered my questions clearly, and left the work area clean and tidy. I am very happy with the quality of the plumbing service and would gladly recommend him for water heater, sink, and toilet installation work.
As first-time homeowners in an older house, we found out fast that the plumbing needed quite a bit of attention. Nathaniel and his partner came out on a Sunday both times we needed help and took care of the issues quickly. Nathaniel was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and he also explained a lot about the drain lines, how the plumbing system works, and simple ways to help prevent future clogs and other problems. Barry from Best D Kplumber Service was also very helpful with scheduling and even called to let us know the plumber was on the way. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly recommend their plumbing service.
