I contacted about re-keying our locks. He called me back quickly and verified the particulars of our situation. He then arranged to be here first thing the next day. He was on time and did a great job. He answered all my questions and even gave me advice about resetting my garage door opener, which I hadn't even thought about it. I highly recommend him!
