I was in the process of using Big H&A for a washer repair but turned out I was able to get another washer from a friend.I will keep Big H&A’s number handy because they were SO quick to respond to me and also SO quick to set up an appointment to have one of their technicians come out the very next day I asked for service!
Very pleased. Our refrigerator went out and after a little checking on-line called Big H&A to schedule a service call. The reviews were good but .. you never know. They were able to schedule the same day and their Tech, Mark, showed up - actually a few minutes early. He was really good. Seemed to really know what he was doing and was careful and thorough. He explained what he was doing clearly. Concluded that the compressor had failed and while he could replace it he suggested that considering the age of the unit and the repair cost that it might make more sense just to go to some local store and buy a new refrigerator. Stan was great! He installed my Jenn Air Microwall Oven and Range. I did have him come back to check a few issues we were having and he made sure it was completed and the issues were resolved. I would highly recommend Stan, Art and the whole team for installation services!
