Dr. Alex is one of a kind, deep knowledge in bio-mechanics combined with a real desire to help you heal, feel better and recover. I surf, i lift and very active in my day to day. Dr. Alex has helped me keep my activities while helping me use my body correctly. My posture is better, muscles are growing more evenly and i sleep better. I have tried many chiropractors and Dr. Alex is one of a kind. Can not recommend her enough.

I first want to start off by saying ALEX IS LITERALLY THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR. If your having any type for chronic pain or discomfort, Alex can fix it. Not only does she help improve your quality of life, she also informs you about what is causing your pain and what exercises you need to do at home to permanently fix the issue. When I first came to Alex, my right shoulder was rotated inward and my right hip was dipping inward. Causing non-stop pain and discomfort in my neck/shoulder/lower back area. Dr. Alex is legit. I'm been struggling to find a good chiropractor in LA for awhile, but Dr. Alex can give you very thorough treatment. Not only will she find the specific joints that are stuck or move in an abnormal way, she can help root out the problems with adjustments, active release technique, and graston. I've experienced all three treatments with her, and I'm definitely noticing both old injuries and new annoyances are improving. I'm very excited to break up old scar tissue and get back movement I haven't had for a long time!
