Reviews
SBR Roofing recently completed a roofing project for our condo building in Santa Monica. Of all the contractors we interviewed, SBR was the most knowledgeable and willing to sit down with us to answer a myriad of questions (this was a massive project for our HOA, so we had a lot of them).
SBR was also incredibly honest and straightforward. They let us know that a large section of our roof actually had plenty of life left in it. We initially had another roofer come out who was excellent, but we discovered that our roof tiles had been discontinued — which made the repair more complicated than expected.
SBR Roofing was amazing. Not only were they knowledgeable and reassuring, but they actually had a surplus of our discontinued tiles, which solved a major problem for us.
They were professional, detail-oriented, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The work was completed efficiently, and they even followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect.
We truly appreciated their expertise and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
