“I run the kitchen at a local chocolate company. We have an unusual piece of machinery used in confectionary work called a Firemixer that most companies I called told me they couldn't work with. It stopped functioning last week which stopped our production completely. I called another repair company I found here first. They came out to asses the situation but couldn't come back to do the repairs until multiple days later. This wasn't acceptable as we had deadlines to hit. I found A&E the next day and they were quick to co e out, assessed the situation and came to a different conclusion that required a new part. We called the manufacturer and had it shipped overnight. A&E were able to come right back out the next day and has up back up and running a few hours after the part came in.Will continue to call them for our repair needs in future.“

“We used Air-O-Tech last winter to replace and install and brand new HVAC unit in our condo. The installation was difficult as we needed a crane to lift the unit onto the roof. Armen, the owner handled everything to perfection and did an amazing job. That was only the half of it. We had an issue 8 months later and Armen came immediately, found out what the issue was, which was under warranty and got it fixed— during mid-July and it was hot! Just recently, the unit was not working properly and sure enough, Armen was jiffy on the spot, not only responding but showing up within 15 minutes. Again, he took care of the problem which was a dirty filter and gave us solutions to avoid in the future.One get's leary by hiring an independent business owner in favor of a larger company with more backing and support.But I must say that Air-O- Tech's service and Armen in particular was outstanding.
