At 6am on a Saturday, I discovered water damage dripping from the ceiling of my guest bedroom. My insurance contacted Manny and Genesis from Tri Tech and by 9 am they where there to start mitigation. Manny and Genesis were very professional, helpful and skilled. They assessed the full extent of the water damage and wasted no time in devising a plan to mitigate the situation. What I discovered in the bedroom was just the beginning. I was very thankful to have the entire crew from Tri Tech to help me this very unfortunately situation. They were very efficient and communicated with me every step of the process. I would highly recommend them.
The recent rains caused water to back up into my garage which I was storing many household items, furniture, electronics, sentimental items....etc causing severe property damage and as you can imagine, anxiety regarding personal loss. David and his crew came out within 2 hours after calling my insurance company and assured me that everything would be ok and explained step by step what would be done. Water mitigation process was started, they dried and boxed up all salvageable items, took inventory of irreplaceable items and sent pricing to my insurance company.
