I really enjoy this studio. The work out is challenging but all of the instructors are very kind and encouraging. I love taking classes with Ani, I appreciate her energy and her work outs feel so well rounded and i feel really good after every class with her. The business doesn't typically do business over the phone, but they are great at responding to emails right away and answer any concerns or questions I've ever had and I feel their customer service is really great. I'm so glad to have this establishment in the neighborhood.
Wow, my first Pilates class and I loved it! Laura W. is an awesome teacher! Kind, welcoming and very easy to understand. My body was sore for the next few days, but I didn’t mind.. It was a great workout!
