Great experience all around with Dewey. I left an after hours message with their answering service and Danielle got back to me first thing in the morning. I needed immediate service for an ant infestation and they got a technician to me within hours. They tried to pitch me on year round service but found a good balance of not shoving it down my throat.
The technician, Rex, who showed up was probably the best part of the whole experience. He was personable, courteous, thorough and best of all knowledgeable. Art from Dewey Pest is outstanding! Courteous and professional! If I have an issue I can call or text him, and he will be right out to resolve it! He is courteous and on time when he is scheduled to show up. I never have to worry about bugs or insects in the house!
Fantastic company. They get the job done. They are light years ahead of Orkin, who is absolutely terrible. Orchid service has went down the tube significantly. Dewey is the replacement and is now today what organ used to be. If you have pest control issues, go with Dewey. Don’t waste your time with anybody else. These guys are great.
