CAN’T RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH! When I saw termites on my wood floor in one room of my house, my neighbor suggested I contact Evans Pest Control, the company they have used happily for years for regular monthly pest control. I was impressed when the owner, Neil, took my call and explained the inspection process. I immediately felt a sense of trust with the company, and the fact that their goal is to treat the problem, and not necessarily automatically tent your entire home (unlike the two other companies I had talked to with extremely high inspection rates, and who were quick to push a full house tenting). Neal gave me a call back super quickly and had Kevin out to perform the services we needed within 24 hours despite heavy rain. I'm happy to use local services and even happier when they're timely, fairly priced, and pleasant to work with. Neal and Kevin checked all boxes.
