“Finding a good contractor can be extremely challenging, I was interested in remodeling my property in Glendale which consists of two houses on a lot. My husband and I met with 3 contractors before we contacted Calecco. Murad was very pleasant on the phone and we met at the property to discuss the project. My husband and I were very impressed with Murad, he was very knowledgeable with the remodel process and the timeline for the project that we decided to hire Murad to remodel the first house.Murad and his team did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. “LA Structural fixed our water leak! They were not the cheapest bid we got but their warranty for as long as we owned the home sealed the deal for us. Our guest house is partially underground and while it was not cheap to get it fixed, the quality of work was excellent. All our questions were addressed professionally and the all issues that occurred was promptly resolved. In one case, it was not really LA Structural's fault but they took care of it as part of the job no questions asked.Branden and Manny were both there to work with us whenever we asked.
