Our primary bathroom shower needed to be replaced - it's large, all tile, on the second floor, it was the original shower, and after 18 years it showed signs of water leakage. Following up on the previous positive review, we are in the one week plus process of our bathroom remodel of a 70s fiberglass shower stall. Sunset and it's staff have been amazing: prompt, considerate, capable, careful, and detailed. We had seen all of the 'one day' remodel ads, and were tempted. However, having watched this first week go by, we've seen how hard everyone has worked and how much time has been spent on our shower. This was an awesomely positive experience, which is unfortunately rare these days.
Sunset provided a quote by email, after I provided words and pictures to describe what we were looking for.
Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home.
They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement.
They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection.
And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right.
