I am THRILLED with CLEANING AUTHORITY’S services today!! The house SPARKLED when they finished. We live in a dusty area and are plagued daily; especially the fans and blinds. The fans and blinds are now spotless. They even cleaned the dusty house plant . THANK YOU!

The staff members are polite and conscientious in completing their work promptly and in ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality of their work.The Office Manager, Nicole, is absolutely the best! We’ve had more than our share of home repair disasters this past year and she has always been there to help coordinate scheduling and accommodate our needs for extra attention with good advice and good cheer.You can tell that everyone in the company takes pride in their work and puts the customer first in everything the do. The details of my first experience with The Cleaning Authority was impressive from my point of view as a business women. The first two girls were sent on time, very professional and accommodating going through the process and procedure. About 45minites into the process one of the girls had an immediate reason to leave. It took no time for a manager to replace her and continue where she left off. There were a few glitches in scheduling, description of work and communication but all was handle with ease and professionalism throughout the entire service. I would recommend them for their service and the class in which they handled themselves. Thank you for a job well done!
