Had one room of tile cleaned and grout sealed. The Representative was professional, courteous, and did a great job. We booked the service at a Phoenix Home and Garden event, and it exceeded our expectations.

I only use zerorez. They are amazing. My carpets are 15 years old and they still are able to get traffic patterns out. They call before arrival and arrive on time. I also had a rental property which had been abused including a flood. They were able to restore the carpets enough that I didn’t need to replace them before we put it on the market. Once you use them you will never use anyone else.
