We've been coming to Acoma for 5 years, ever since my husband did a walk in appointment for our suddenly critically ill dog. Dr. Eells treated my husband and our dog with kindness and compassion. The team at Acoma have helped us with two end of life appointments and referred us to an in-home euthanasia vet during COVID when our elderly dog was actively dying and we had a newborn. I have always felt heard, had my questions answered, and been able to talk through all the options and ask for Dr. Eells' opinion on what course of action to take. I have been taking my 2 dogs here for years. Always gracious service and reasonably priced. The puppy program is great we did that with our youngest who is 3 now, ended up being less than insurance. I moved and live 30min away now but I continue to bring the pups here for their yearly. See the team next year and thanks for your work!

We had to put our 14 year old Roxanne down on 08/10/2022, who we were fortunate to live with for 12 years. We scheduled the appointment for 2:00 PM and I went to the clinic two hours early to pay. That way I wouldn't be standing at the counter after the procedure crying like a baby. I would like to point out that Roxanne was a big girl and I needed assistance getting her out of the car when we arrived at 2:00 PM. Two wonderful Acoma technicians, both named Heather, came out to assist. They both assured me they could remove Roxanne from the car and carry her into the Clinic. All I can say is they were awesome.
