Wow, 5 stars!! I experienced great customer service from the moment that my initial phone call was answered. The plumber that was sent out to our home was Javier Sanchez. He did not disappoint! Javier was incredibly professional and honest when discussing how to prioritize the projects that we needed to get taken care of. He photographs everything he does both before and after and he is more than happy to show you and guide you through the process of what he will be doing even as he is doing it. Today we had a rather extensive leak in our 1968 ranch home. Immediately called bumblebee and they had someone out here the next day. Bill and Micheal did a fantastic job and definitely went above and beyond. They were courteous, kind and clean so by the time it was ready for them to go everything was working and you wouldn’t even know anyone was there. I have worked with this company for several years and it has been nothing but a delight to work with. Owning an older home usually means a bit more maintenance especially when it comes to plumbing and this company proven time and time again they really do care about each and everyone of their customers.
