Three companies came in high, two were reasonably priced, and KOS was absolutely spot on with their pricing. Just as importantly, they never tried to upsell us or push features we didn’t want. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on bringing our vision to life.
Jake, our sales representative, was outstanding. He was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. We loved having him in our home and walking the property with him. He also offered some fantastic design ideas, including a paver walkway creating a grand entrance from our patio to the turf. It was the perfect addition, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Eduardo, the CEO, also came out multiple times throughout the process. The entire team was accessible, attentive, and committed to making sure everything went smoothly. The quality of the work was excellent, and they completed the entire project in just two days!
