“First impressions... thru the roof! The rest of the visit... also thru the roof! Martha & her staff, especially Jackie were so lovely and made our mother-in-law & daughters-in-law day so pleasant. One daughter-in-law couldn't float due to the color of her hair, so we we bummed that she'd have to wait around. NOPE! Not on Martha's watch.. she called Cindy, who had already left for the day, to see if she'd come back to do a massage. YEP!! Cindy came right back! What a bunch of wonderful ladies! “I swear Michelle is a magician. I got Botox from her a few years ago and looked INCREDIBLE. Over the last few years I’ve gone to a few other places only because they were closer to my house. I never had much result from other places I went to and started feeling like I was throwing my money away. This time around after finding an old photo when I had Botox from Michelle I was like “I’m going back to her because whatever she did was amazing”Michelle is extremely ethical, she’s not trying to sell you things you don’t need. She’s also the most conservative injector I’ve ever been to which is great! She is by far is the most knowledgeable and her technique is fantastic. I just got the new tox Jeuveau and I’m hooked. It’s only been two days and has started setting in already. Honestly, I don’t think I could ever go to anyone else. “Oh my gosh I am a little apprehensive to write this review because this place was so AMAZING very peaceful and NOT packed at all. It was such a phenomenal experience we joked that we rented the whole spa out for the day because it was that quiet and private. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and exceptional customer service. Arcasia was our spa tenant and she was very tentative to our needs and experience. She would check in to see if there was anything she could do or get us. We spent about 6 hours here. We started off with a tour guided by Arcasia then we ordered sangria (one red, one white) it was a drink package that comes with a chocolate tart that was absolutely delicious! We waited for our services in a private lounge area. The salt scrub I recieved from Moriah was rejuvenation to the body it was 55 min. We then came back to the lounge where the tart was delivered to us. We then went to the private jacuzzi where we spent about 2 hours, no one else was in the area Arcasia came out many times to check on us and seen if we needed anything she was happy to take our orders and deliver them to us. We then went back inside and jumped in the steamroom, what an experience! Then showered and they have everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, razors, boat wash, anything you need. We were going out to dinner after so we were able to get ready in their vanity area with out problems. Again they have all the hair products you might need to get ready for the evening. They close at 6 and we finished packing up around 6:20 and they never tried rushing us and never made mention to us about the time. You will feel valued and a high quality of customer service here.. they even gave me a beautiful birthday gift signed by the staff!!!! Wonderful place to go and feel appreciated and well taken care of! Thank you all for your dedication to high quality service!“

“We enjoy getting the hour table massage most often. They have great pricing - the 2 of us get table massages at the same time and it is $112 - that is $56 for an hour table massage! I enjoy that you keep your clothes on and they put a blanket on top of your clothes for the massage. They can definitely adjust their pressure to your preference.“

I suffer from fibro & arthritis and was looking for relief. After a brief discussion, she got to work while communicating with me along the way. She really got in there and wasn't afraid to use the appropriate pressure througout (i like very firm/hard pressure and I feel so many masseuse are afraid to use that kind of pressure for some reason ). “I have now gone to the S&B day spa 3 times for facials. Each one has been exceptional! I have seen Tara twice and she makes it fun every time. I love that they know what my skin needs and tailor each facial I get to my specific needs. I feel relaxed the moment I arrive and glowy and refreshed when I leave.
