Recommended to me by Spencer’s TV & Appliance… awesome customer service by Jen, and Brian came out within 48 hours to do our repair. He was early/on time to the appointment, and in and out in just a few minutes. Very good experience, highly recommend. This is a family-owned/operated business.

Our 2013 Kenmore LG refrigerator stopped working. PORA recommended 5 repair companies. We called one, who came promptly but could not fix the problem. He had a recommendation for us, though, and phoned Herb’s Appliance Service on our behalf. Jennifer answered and soon called us to say that Brian (the late Herb’s son) could come in 20 minutes.When Brian arrived, he diagnosed the problem: a malfunctioning compressor. Repair would cost as much as $1300. Another option would be to move the refrigerator out to the sidewalk; someone would take it away.Option 3 was to remove the refrigerator and exchange it for the older, smaller Kenmore which we had in our laundry...read full review
