I went to the office on the Friday before my initial appointment, to hand in my paperwork.I was in a LOT of lower back pain.Dr. Zair, walked by the receptionist window, introduced himself, and shook my hand. My husband asked if there was any way he could see me today. He said yes!He is so professional, kind, a good listener and question asker!I had acupuncture and was SO excited to begin to feel relief, which I did.I highly recommend Dr. Zair. His staff is very warm, friendly, and helpful. SO good!

I've known Dr. Dias and Dr. Phil for over 15 years and they've always provided responsive and professional care. Whether it's chiropractic service, acupuncture, holistic remedies or massage therapy, Living Pure truly is the best in the Arrowhead Ranch area.

I was always skeptical of going to a chiropractor. I had an excellent recommendation for Dr Zair. I’ve had four appointments with Dr. Zair and I am off tramadol and in no pain. I would recommend him for everybody. Done

Dr. Dias books by appointment and also provides integrative care which includes therapies and patient education.
