We had a slab leak. We usually use Christian Brothers but felt their quote was unreasonable and we got a second quote from Sav-On Plumbing. Beat decision!The team was really great & Daniel thr plumber on the job was:-highly professional,-he explained everything in detail,-he was courteous,- he cleaned up very well after himself, and- he worked fast and delivered excellent quality work.The price was very reasonable & the customer service was excellent from Janet, Daniel & everyone I interacted with.Unlike the other plumber, they did not try to get us to spend more money than necessary by making us fearful of replacing just the one broken pipe. We own a Manufactured Home and experienced a leak under our house. Since neither of ** wanted to crawl around under the house to fix it, (due to all the critters that could be under there), we found Sav-0n Plumbing on-line and saw that they were more than happy to crawl under there for **. Their plumbers are courteous and professional. They communicated by phone and text along the way, so we were never in the dark. They even called to let ** know that they were running ahead of schedule and to see if we were available. The work was done quickly and professionally. We will definitely use them again, if needed!
