Update: Tom called and his crew cameTo fix the problem we had. I appreciate their prompt response and hard work to get this issue taken care of and put to bed! Thank you!My mother has been ignored by Tom & Jason Booth as well as a gentleman named Grayson. We had a bad storm months ago and one of the beams came completely off (screws were not secured) and they keep telling her oh we will come fix it and then go silent! Called numerous times and no answer to reply. Honor your warranty and help my mother out!! Will never buy from them again even after suggesting to all my friends. A fantastic experience and final product. Booth Built listened to our thoughts on design and came up with the plan. They did everything including the approval from our HOA. I’m so happy with the result and can’t wait to get out and enjoy the shade in our new outdoor living space.

Family owned bussiness, they do a good quality product. The workers are very efficient, polite and clean up after their self, like they were never their. I would recomend this family owned business I a heart beat. Thank you Brian for making sure we were very satisfied.
