“I really appreciated how easy and convenient it was to schedule an appointment that fit my needs. From start to finish, the experience was comfortable and professional.

My sugaring specialist was incredibly friendly, and I truly appreciated how she walked me through each step of the process. Since this was my very first Brazilian sugaring experience, her kindness and willingness to explain what she was doing helped ease my nerves and made me feel much more comfortable.

The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is with aftercare education. I had mentioned that I had never had a Brazilian before, and while I was advised to wait 24–48 hours before intimacy and to use lotion, I would have appreciated more detailed aftercare instructions and recommendations for products that could help prevent irritation and ingrown hairs. I think providing first-time clients with more comprehensive aftercare guidance would make an already great experience even better.
