MDS Contracting came out today to install my new gutters. Not only did they use upgraded materials, their work was impecable. Ive had gutters installed at other houses before and those in no way compared to the work they did today. So professional!! Dont hesitate getting an estimate from them if you need new gutters . We had a leak under our house, got referrals from neighbors, and had Sunland send out a plumber the same day, who got here ahead of time, figured out the problem quickly, make a very short run for supplies to fit our system, replaced the defective pipe and charged A WHOLE LOT LESS than we expected (yes, less that the estimate we got by phone). We are VERY HAPPY with them.
I cannot say enough positive about our experience with Palmer's Kitchen, Bath, and Beyond. We had work done on our master bath/closet, and start to finish everything was 5 stars. Of all the quotes we had (4+) Derrick had the best ideas and vision for the bath of any of my quotes, made several suggestions for ways to do things creatively and maximize space and minimize cost. Time estimate was on par. Price was very fair for the work that they did. Crew was fantastic -- each one was exceptionally professional, respectful of our house, tidy, and detail-oriented. The end result is truly incredible and even more beautiful than I had visioned/hoped for. They went above and beyond at every step along the way, and we will be having them back for our next work without a doubt.

We came home from a trip only to find our AC was out and the house was well above 90 degrees. We sought advice from friends at Church and they suggested Roger Cox AC and Heating. Roger himself came over to our house on Sunday morning and discovered the thermostat was no longer working. He wired a more modern self-learning thermostat to the house and the AC unit was back blowing cold air.
I would not hesitate to refer you to Roger Cox for your AC and Heating needs. He did above and beyond in my book.

Fishers IN. 10⭐️. My elderly mother had a horrible ? accident in her apartment. It was traumatic and embarrassing for her. She ended up in the hospital. So this is my hair cut place. The go to spot for when I'm starting to look like a wolf man. Great location. Clean atmosphere. Great hospitality. Candy for the kids. Plenty of parking. And the customer service is awesome! They do men and women's hair. Nina, which is the female hairstylist and do not get me wrong. She can give a great men's haircut. This place doesn't get as much recognition as it should be..O the price. Well worth it. $20. Please don't forget to tip..again, need a hair cut. Set out of your box and check this place out. Ok so to begin I want to make it clear that the TSS Class I took today was at the BEST WESTERN INN at 620 N.6th st in phoenix Arizona close to ASU.... However the instructor her name is Marcia Adam's and she was absolutely AHHHHHMAZING. Like the saying goes you learn something new every day and her class was not only affordable but very informative as I had no idea the Motor Vehicles REQUIRES you or basically forces you to take a TSS class upon being convicted of failure to stop for a red light citation and let me say I know a lot of strange laws and specifically driving laws but this is one I never knew about , with that being said she was thorough and precise in delivering the right information with the 8 hours given for the course and I HIGHLY recommend going to her class if you ever have to take a TSS class this class is the ONE ! Thank you Marcia and hope I never have to take another TSS class in the future! Janmichael
Just needed my cutt finished, but went was super professional, helpful, and respectful. Had some great conversation and got to check out the dope as memorabilia hanging around and hear about the plans coming up for the new year and they sound impressive. Y'all stay tuned, you got a sneaky professional fade shop popping up in Youngtown, go here if you wanna get your head right. I was able to just give homie a general idea and of the style I was going for, but they also have custom styles on the board to pick from which is super helpful as well, but he was able to clean up what I had already started myself (I also cutt, but I needed quick and clean and I'm glad I went, but anyways) and just finished it quick and clean. Being a barber I could tell he was extremely well versed and comfortable with his clippers and that's a rarity, so I assume the owner cuts the same. I know I do. A friend recommended General Exterminating, and based on my experience, it was the right call. They’ve been in business for 46 years and clearly rely on reputation, not review-chasing or Google games. Solid company, excellent service, and fair pricing. Old-school reliability. Highly recommend.
