“Wow, 5 stars!! I experienced great customer service from the moment that my initial phone call was answered. The plumber that was sent out to our home was Javier Sanchez. He did not disappoint! Javier was incredibly professional and honest when discussing how to prioritize the projects that we needed to get taken care of. He photographs everything he does both before and after and he is more than happy to show you and guide you through the process of what he will be doing even as he is doing it. All of these photos are sent to you via E-mail for your records, which we loved. Javier is extremely knowledgeable and truly a master at his craft. He was able to diagnose potential future problems and just overall inefficiencies from some shotty plumbing work that we had done a few years prior, which were now becoming serious problems. He treated our home as if it were his own every step of the way. Javier made our family feel comfortable and confident that we had made the correct choice when choosing Bumblebee! We can't imagine having any one else come out to fix our plumbing issues moving forward. He is an absolute All-Star! “We had a slab leak. We usually use Christian Brothers but felt their quote was unreasonable and we got a second quote from Sav-On Plumbing. Beat decision!The team was really great & Daniel thr plumber on the job was:-highly professional,-he explained everything in detail,-he was courteous,- he cleaned up very well after himself, and- he worked fast and delivered excellent quality work.The price was very reasonable & the customer service was excellent from Janet, Daniel & everyone I interacted with.Unlike the other plumber, they did not try to get us to spend more money than necessary by making us fearful of replacing just the one broken pipe.
