Dr. Vu was absolutely amazing in treating me and my children. She was easygoing and personable, making our experience truly enjoyable. In fact, she even went the extra mile by providing me with great jazz music to! Not only did she excel in her medical expertise, but she also demonstrated exceptional care and attentiveness to ensure our visit was nothing short of great. Had to be a big girl and go to my eye appointment alone which is always nerve racking, however Carmen at the front desk and Dr.Vu are wonderful! They both explained every single thing that was going to happen, why it was happening and even why things were being written down. Carmen had me try on 30 different pairs till I found the right styles and even helped me decide. I got to look at images taken of the inside of my eye, coolest experience ever. I've been wearing glasses for 11 years and today I actually felt like I learned a couple of things about the process and how my eye works instead of going home and googling whatever the Dr said LOL. My all time favorite optometrist! Dr. Vu is so great, and explains everything she is looking for and what she is seeing in your eyes. I always feel a little smarter after an exam here. Carmen & Larissa are also so great! I keep referring coworkers here and they all come back saying they love this office as much as I do!
