They handled a son's emergency situation with a broken tooth so well, like a pediatric dentist, calm, caring and making him laugh. They explained everything very well. The dentist was a genius with how they administered the shot to numb his gums, the son didn't feel a thing. Folks were sweethearts and made them feel right at home. A specialist said they were going to call the dentist to let them know how great they did with the son's tooth, saying it was great as is. They are hoping since he's still young his adult tooth will still have time for the root to grow. They will def use On Call Dentistry again. The dentist is an all-time favourite, with complete confidence in their knowledge skills and abilities. The entire staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with. A fantastic experience from the initial phone call, the procedure and even the bill for extracting an infected molar exceeded expectations. Friendly professional folks!
My first time patient visit was great! They have a nice facility, modern equipment, and are very friendly. My hygienist was super patient with me and let me know what she was doing throughout the whole process of x-rays, evaluation, and cleaning. The doctor made me aware of issues I might have in the future, without recommending any unnecessary action now, and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. They both provided at home steps I could take to improve my overall oral health.
Had a dental emergency and I can’t say this team helped me out fast and they were very kind to take care of my problem. I’m am so thankful for their support and professionalism. Hopefully I don’t have another emergency, but if I do I’m coming back.
Super friendly office and Doctor!! Open all kinds of hours and extremely willing to fit you in and help!! Its been a long time since I have found an office like this!! I broke a tooth, they got me in the same day for a consult and the day after the holiday to pull the tooth. Levi and Dr. To were very patient as I am an anxious patient when it comes to sitting in the chair. They walked me through everything and there were no surprises. I am so glad I found them!!!
