“We first had Chris do work for us about 5 years ago. We were so pleased by his work that we have repeatedly contracted with him since then to do various types of work on three different houses.
His areas of expertise seem to be limitless. He has done plumbing, dry wall repair, and ceiling fan and bathroom shelves installation. He replaced the rollers on a hard-to-open patio door, repaired a non-functioning wooden fence gate, and replaced a leaky gas line on a water heater. When we bought a new house, he built box frames around our patio doors and several windows, giving them a custom-built look. Last summer he removed a rotting wooden lattice patio cover and built an entirely new shingled roof over the patio. Just this week he worked on our block wall.
