“Dr. Fineberg is the best optometrist I have ever been to. I was an optician for 10 years and I've worked for quite a few doctors. I've never seen that amount of patient care until today. He is very thorough and personable. Sherry was also very friendly and knowledgeable. The optician(sorry I forgot his name already) is also really good at his job and nice. I will definitely be making this my regular optometrist office!“

“Best Cataract Surgery Experience!!! Dr. Anne Floyd is AMAZING!!! She took her time with me, I never felt rushed during appointments. I felt so comfortable asking questions and each question was answered in detail at every appointment! The surgery was a breeze, I worried for nothing! I can see beautifully now!!!! Of course, I cannot write a review without mentioning Dr. Floyd's right-hand girl, the wonderful Kim Rocha (surgery scheduler). I had to reschedule one of my surgeries due to the flu and had called the office a few times with follow-up questions and Kim answered her phone each time! Her pleasant attitude and genuine concern for your condition and what you are going through was INCREDIBLE! Thank you, Dr. Floyd & Kim for the best care ever!!!! YuThese folks are the best of the best, the elite, who go well beyond the extra miles for their patients and for their care. they are extremely through and explain everything in detail and in plain terms that you can understand, and their is no stupid question in their eyes, no pun intended. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY EYE CARE unless I have to. Scheduling appointments is great no hassles and problems, I can see whom I want to see. They even helped me with my insurance plan when I did not have any.“

“I was unsure about switching to this Visionworks location due to some of the negative reviews. But I'm actually glad I tried them out anyway. I had an amazing experience. I have used America's Best for the past 5 years but due to my company's recent change to Cigna, America's Best does not accept. The staff was actually BETTER than America's Best. They were extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. They assisted me the second I walked through the door and their help was exceptional the entire time. I am actually happy that I had to switch because I've had great experiences so far and will continue to be seen by this location.“
