20 yrs of chronic pain and depression and you can't find a medication that works as well as an hr long float and red light therapy . In love with this place
It’s very relaxing. Staff are nice and welcoming, it’s a dim lighting with essential oil diffusers, comfortable seating, warm air temperature, etc..
They have an orientation video that explains the float process, which I appreciate. Then they take you on a tour and explain the process verbally which I also appreciate, then your float begins.
They give you time before and after your float to shower, time that isn’t included in your float time which is great.
The doors lock, the showers and pod are clean and comfortable. Honestly there wasn’t anything I could say that was wrong. You can control the lighting in the pod and the lid of the pod....read full review
I try to float as often as possible. I work on a computer all day and then my phone after that. Floating is the only mechanism I have found it let me fully relax my back and shoulders and let me get a break from the computer neck that is stiff and sore all the time.
Floating is amazing and I’m sure there’s many places you can do it. The reason I go to Glendale Float Spa is because of Jackie. Jackie he is an old soul in a youthful person and one of the kindness humans i’ve ever met. She is an excellent guide to prepare you to get the most out of your float. ❤️
