Our heat went out and I needed an affordable furnace repair done quickly before the house completely froze us to death. I spoke with Morgan from their friendly staff, who was incredibly helpful and managed to schedule me for a same-day appointment. That afternoon, Chris and Peter (I hope I got names right!) came out to look at our furnace. They were fantastic to deal with, they diagnosed the issue immediately and got the repair done really fast. They even walked me through some basic maintenance tips. Zim made a scary heating issue incredibly easy and affordable to fix. 10/10!

Loving the improvement I’m seeing in my daughter and son with just one visit each. We initially came to see Sue with just concerns regarding a flat side of my son’s head. But she also ended up focusing on other important issues, such as my daughter’s high palate, fascia support after birth, hypotonia, a weird belly button shape, and pectus excavatum. Sue does great body work. Pictured is my daughter, just mesmerized by the feelings of the fascia around her ribs and belly button becoming loose.

I've had the same stylist for over 8 years and when she moved into this salon I followed. The salon is up to date, hard wood floors and private work spaces for each person. Almost all have been customized by their stylist and are part of their unique personality and are cool to take in. All do their own scheduling so stopping in to see if they have a card available to call to see if they are taking new clients would be a must.
Abbey is the best! She's been doing our whole family's hair for years. She's great with kids, does an amazing cut & color, & she's talented with special occasion styles. I always leave salon duo feeling fabulous. Highly Recommend!

We had a septic issue and needed a pipe unclogged immediately. They answered right away and got someone out within two hours. Brett got the job done in less then 10 minutes. He also explained some things to us to stop from happening again. Incredibly professional and very fast. If we ever have an issue again, this will absolutely be out first call.

I can't express enough what a GREAT job this company does! We just completed our SECOND remodel with Borth-Wilson. They had previously done our main bath in our condo in Waukesha. This time, we had them do both our baths in our Slinger condo, and a laundry room utility sink which they cleverly converted into an existing cabinet! How cool is that! (See attached photos)

I cannot say enough good things about Quick Fix Plumbing! I was having serious issues with my sewer drain backing up and honestly didn't know what to expect. From the moment they arrived, they were thorough, professional, and genuinely committed to finding the root cause — not just putting a band-aid on the problem.
They flushed out the sewer line and brought in a camera to investigate, sending it all the way down to the main sewer line to make sure everything was clear. When they found the culprit — black sludge buildup traced back to my kitchen sink — the technician took the time to actually explain what had happened and why. I didn't feel like just another customer. I felt like someone who finally understood what was going on in my own home.
They spent hours here making absolutely sure the job was done right, even bringing in a heavy-duty power washer to fully clear the line. They didn't leave until I was completely taken care of. On top of all that, they also installed a new water heater for me.

Great service. The owner came for a complimentary quote for the job we needed and provided an estimate quickly. The price was fair and competitive. On the day of installation, the electrician arrived on time, was very courteous and polite. He explained what needs to be done and ensured we are comfortable with the job he would perform. He was quick, vacuumed after the job was completed, and delivered a professional execution. We are very happy with the installed outlets (one for microwave drawer and one for an electric range). Commercial building’s electrical system went down on a Friday evening during a holiday weekend. They responded to the emergency message on a Saturday morning and ensured power and heat were restored so no business interruptions occurred.
We use Elect-Tech for our commercial properties in Southeast Wisconsin. They are responsive to phone calls, schedule word as quickly as they can, and always follow up to tell you what work was done if it is a repair. They also do a fabulous job with installation of new and adjusting to existing electrical work.

Best carpet cleaners ever. I hired them for two different locations. The first was my own home. The crew did a great job. They were prompt, gave me a reminder that ythey were on their way and got right down to business. The second location required more work, and the guys were certainly up to the task. The carpet had been neglected for many years, but the crew really did a super job bringing the carpet back to life.
We had a washtub overflow and flooded kitchen , through floor insto basement. Wood floor had significant raised edges. Servpro brought in drying mats and within 3 days everything was level again

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Arrived at EXACT time. Pricing was reasonable with no hidden fees. I am highly allergic to cleaning chemicals, so they cleaned out all equipment ahead of time and didn't use any chemicals in my home. Almost all water was removed from the carpet and dried within about 5 hours. Excellent job!

The communication was excellent , questions answered same day by David. He came out a second time to make sure the flooring was what we really wanted; and to review the process, timeline. First payment was completed easily completed on line after signing contract.
Devin who was our contact was very good with communication. He answered all questions with calls and text, usually within minutes! . We had a lot of uneven floors in this very old home. They dedicated an entire day for prepping, and floors are no longer uneven.
Anton and Nahum were always friendly, and helpful. Nahum was very kind, as I accidentally stepped into the wet cement as I was looking around and not where I was walking!
They did an excellent job the installation, and placing trim and cord around. The transitions were excellent, coloring perfect, and details were perfect! They did a good job of clean up!

We recently had Schmidt refinish our hardwood floors, and the results look fantastic! While they weren’t the lowest quote we received, their customer service really stood out. They took the time to fully explain the process, which made us feel confident and comfortable choosing their team.
The only reason for a 4 out of 5 rating is due to some minor issues with scheduling—we had to follow up multiple times with the scheduler after paying our deposit—and a bit of stain that got on our walls during the process.
Overall, we’re very happy with how the floors turned out and would recommend them, especially if you value clear communication and quality results.

The retirement community I live in is having all windows replaced; they hired PCI for the work. My apartment was the first of 53 plus apartments. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work I saw done. The crew couldn’t have been more professional and polite. They took care to protect my furniture, floors and other property. When they finished in my apartment, they did an excellent clean up of the areas. There was no goofing around from any of these young men; they worked tirelessly from morning until evening…a 12 hours plus day at my apartment. And the windows now look wonderful. I cannot address the pricing,etc. as I am only one apartment in a much larger job. But I certainly do appreciate their work ethic.
We needed to finish the remainder of our garage and repair/lay new epoxy floor. We interviewed Premier at recommendation of a relative who had similar work installed a few years ago. Erin walked us through each step and helped expertly advise on the best cabinet setup, color, and floor to match. We couldn't be happier with the result and the install team was polite and quick on the install. Highly recommend to anyone looking for such a service!

Brian did an incredible job on the wood floor install. I had him lay about 1200 sq ft of new flooring and then sand and match the old floor to the new floor. You cannot tell the difference between the old and new flooring. He was fast, friendly timely, and had awesome communication. I cannot recommend him enough - especially over the big flooring shops in the area. Brian does a better job at a more reasonable rate. I will be using Brian for other flooring projects in the future.
Adrian and his crew did an outstanding job helping us with our basement issues. We used them to install drain tile, install support beams, and change our basement windows to secure glass block. It's been a year since they've done their work, and we didn't want to write a review until we had gone a full year of all 4 seasons of Wisconsin weather before giving a honest, true review. After the thousand year flood event that hit the area on 8/9/25 (our town receiving over 8 inches of rain), I'm so very thankful and happy to report that our basement was bone dry. The homes in our immediate neighborhood surrounding us had many cases of basements flooding, but we had no issues. Overall, I was so impressed with Adrian giving us his honest opinion that he didn't even feel comfortable quoting us for work until we hired a structural engineer to evaluate what was going on with our basement and then he used their assessment to provide us with an accurate and fair assememt and work proposal. The whole process was very transparent, organized, and I feel the entire team were respectful and efficient. We would absolutely work with Foundation Pros again, and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Badgerland installed a paver patio for us. John was easy to work with and had some good suggestions regarding the shape of the patio and color of the pavers. A three man crew did the excavation and installed the pavers and rear steps. They were friendly and worked very carefully. They did an excellent job. One of the most impressive things was the way they cleaned up after each day’s work. They never left a mess. I did some research and talked to a few companies. We are very happy with Badgerland and would recommend them highly.

Paul Terry Services supports veterans! PTS cleaned up my leaves free of charge as a Veteran's Day thank you. Had him back at a later date for some mulch replacement, flower bed and shrub removal. Paul, Colleen and all of his employees I've met are super friendly and everyone obviously takes great pride in their work at PTS!

Our new construction landscape efforts started with the designer, Tracy. She was incredible. We had a few ideas around what we wanted and Tracy put together a terrific plan, including hardscape and included a 3D walk through. She kept us apprised of the timeline and did a lot of follow up.The landscapers were very courteous and kept the work areas clean. I thought they did a good job preparing the area for sod and plants. We had a lot of gravel and rocks that they took care of before doing the plantings. They also worked seamlessly with DJ's Sprinkler to install irrigation. We were leaving town a day after they completed the work and Doug Laak (Operations Manager) came and watered everything a couple of times while we were gone. We couldn't have been happier with the process and results.
My wife and I are very happy with our experience at The Neighborhood Dentist! After searching for a long time, they were highly recommended to us. At first, I was hesitant because of the distance from where we live, but now I can honestly say it was completely worth it. We were actually running late to our appointment, and they were so understanding. They even called us and kindly waited for us, which we truly appreciated. That level of care and customer service is hard to find nowadays.

Dr. Biederwolf and his hygienist Sharon are absolutely fabulous. I’m really appreciative of how kind and thorough you guys always are.
We enjoyed going to Davies dental for years! The special themed rooms and fish tank made our kids look forward to going to the dentist! We needed to go to someone closer to our house and have found out the hard way that there are different strategies on when to use a sealant. This office puts them on as a standard practice which may not always be the opinion of all dentists. We have found 3 out of our 4 kids have had cavities under the sealants, one kid had a cavity under each of the sealants. Due to the shape of certain teeth, our current dentist said they would not have sealed them. I worked through one scenario with Dr. Davies and she did remove one cavity and then resealed, only to find out she didn’t get it all which resulted in needing a pediatric root canal. Not fun and expensive! Simply posting to create awareness so others don’t experience what we’ve been going through that doesn’t seem to stop. Don’t want this to come across negative, simply awareness for other parents.
Dr. Lauer not only adjusts my whole family, he also teaches us how our bodies can function better between visits. We’ve been going to him for 9 years, and we always leave feeling so much better!

I have seen many chiropractors, no one compares to Dr. Brian. As a veteran with a bad back and Neck, no one is able to adjust me like he can. He is careful, listens and is able to make a huge impact for me. We drive 40 minutes one way just to have an adjustment by him, he’s that good.

I visited Dr. Tammy for a backache and came out feeling better than I have in years. During the initial consultation she was very patient and thorough answering my questions. For years I was feeling tired and sluggish and thought it was the normal course of aging. It was such a slow progression that I didn't know how bad I was feeling until I wasn't anymore. Not only does my back feel great, but, for the first time in years I am sleeping through the night and wake up feeling rested and refreshed. My anxiety levels have decreased, I am more alert and focused, and my energy level has increased beyond measure, all thanks to Dr. Tammy. I can't thank her enough.

Dr. Christina Betchner is compassionate, supremely competent, and willing to spend however long it takes to determine what is wrong with your pet and to recommend treatment. We recently had a frightening experience with our dog who had developed a massive tumor. Dr. Betchner thoroughly explained all possibilities. WVRC performed surgery to remove the tumor and spleen. Our dog has recovered nicely the past month. Dr. Betchner spent a long, long time removing surgical staples from our dog's chest and stomach. It was difficult for her, and our dog. She has repeatedly called to check on our dog's recovery. Terrific vet.

We awoke to our (extremely) food aggressive 3 year old cat not eating. It was a Sunday morning, so I called what Google said was WVRC, but got Westown Vet Clinic instead. It was 8:30am, & Westown was able to make give us a 10:30am appointment, so I took it.
I was impressed with the staff- they took us to a room quickly, & everything was immaculately clean & well lit. The vet was running a bit late due to another cat emergency, & they apologized profusely.
The vet examined & diagnosed our cat. We really appreciated that he was able to fix our feline with an injection & some take home meds. He said that he could do an X ray & bloodwork, but didn’t think it was necessary at this point. We’re grateful that he didn’t oversell us on expensive add-ons. Even my husband thought that the bill was reasonable.
I’ve also had great experiences at WVRC (esp on the weekends), & in the future for urgent (non-emergency) services, I’d make an appointment with Westown Vet Clinic, as they were able to offer me an appointment time, as opposed to just triaging every patient that arrived.
They were so kind and gentle with my cat who was very afraid. They gave him proper care and I'm very happy he's getting better.
I have used both Jordan and Sophia at Family Pet Boarding as groomers. My dogs received excellent care and grooming. I highly recommend either Jordan or Sophia. Excellent groomers! Friendly caring staff!! Nice facility.
My Daisy was very difficult at having her nails cut and Charmaine was patient with her. This was my first time trying to help with this She had another worker with her that stopped trimming another dog and came over to help.,. I was very happy with the service and will take Daisy back to see them again.
My cat had mattes and they did a great job getting them out. They explained everything so I knew what my options were and they were very friendly and helpful. We already set up our next appointment. I highly recommend.
This place is a gem. We did this for a night out with my mom’s group and it was so much fun. It’s a different way to stretch and move your body while also having fun. Anybody can participate regardless of body type or fitness status. I plan to come back with my girls. Mildred was an awesome beginner instructor. Highly recommend if you’re looking for team building or just something to be active.
We rented this space for a bridal shower and it was the perfect hidden gem for our event. There was plenty of room, good lighting, the lovely kitchen was so useful and great communication from the owners. Overall fantastic place to have an event. We will definitely spread the word and use again in the future.

My wife and I have gone to lotus for 4 years now. Realistically have gotten over 100 massages by them. We’ve moved farther away and tried over a dozen places close to our new home and none even scratched the surface of our massages we get at lotus. We now travel the extra time to go to lotus because they are that good. Trust me, I’ve gotten a lot of massages in my day. They will do a great job
Loving the improvement I’m seeing in my daughter and son with just one visit each. We initially came to see Sue with just concerns regarding a flat side of my son’s head. But she also ended up focusing on other important issues, such as my daughter’s high palate, fascia support after birth, hypotonia, a weird belly button shape, and pectus excavatum. Sue does great body work. Pictured is my daughter, just mesmerized by the feelings of the fascia around her ribs and belly button becoming loose.

Peter is incredibly good at addressing my health needs and working with me to get back on track. I’ve never seen anyone who is as good as Peter at treating my back issues. I’ve limped into him repeatedly after injuring my back and walked out feeling great.
I highly recommend Nate to anyone suffering from muscle pain, stiffness, or injury. I had hip problems from running and lifting a number of years ago and he addressed the pain with dry needling and showed me how to prevent future injury with stretching and an exercise regimen. His goal is to help you avoid medicine and surgery to deal with the pain and he's very good at it.
Kathy is a fantastic PT! Very kind, patient, knowledgeable and creative. I really appreciate all the help she's given me! She makes me feel so comfortable in what could be a very uncomfortable situation ( pelvic floor PT). HIGHLY RECOMMEND
