Fox River Plumbing specializes in residential new home construction plumbing for local home builders and continued service for those homes. They are a Kohler (ASR) Authorized Service Representative and offer emergency service for current and previous customers, along with remodels, lower level finishing, and fixture replacements. Customers describe them as the absolute best plumber for home construction, with attention to detail, communication, scheduling, and a system of installation that is second to none. The team is wonderful to work with and covers all the bases. For emergency service, they came early the next day to replace a severely leaking toilet, allowing the customer to not take off work. The owner personally solved a shower leaking problem fast. They are very efficient, polite, and fairly priced.
The absolute best plumber I've ever used for home construction. We've used them on our last 2 homes. Their attention to detail, communication, scheduling, & overall system of installation is second to none. Their team is wonderful to work with and they cover all the bases as a plumber. Great communication with our builder, suppliers, and other trades on the job. I would recommend to 10 out of 10 people who asked for a referral.
I had a severely leaking toilet. I called to make an emergency appointment and they were able to come early the next day and replace it. What was really impressive was I did not have to take off work and be home. I have had no issues with the quality of their work or their trustworthiness. I had a few questions for them and they responded immediately to my inquiries. I was very pleased with every aspect of their work. I would highly recommend using them. I know I will.
Fox river plumbing is the best. Had a problem with our shower leaking. The owner, Darryl came out personally and solved the problem fast. We have used Fox river for new construction and needed repairs. Very efficient, polite and fairly priced. Thanks again!
