“I went in for a teeth cleaning and they took their time with talking to me about how to care for my teeth and took their time with the cleaning itself. They made recommendations on what I should do next and took the time to document it all in an email to me so I could proceed with their recommendations. The dentist came in at the end and reviewed everything and focused on the conversation; different than another dentist I had gone to who did quite a bit of chatting with the other office personnel while working on my teeth (which resulted in a job that was not as well done as at this dentist.)”
