Don came by to quote a tub/tile grout job and was honest and straightforward about the repairs we’d actually need. Instead of trying to have us rip out our entire shower like another local company, he offered various affordable solutions. When the owner of a company is straight with you as a first time homeowner and isn’t trying to fool you into making a buck, you know it’s a solid company. He also was not pushy by any means, which made us feel much more at ease.

We have had Eric out a few times from Borth and Wilson. He is always knowledgeable and does a great job at fixing the issue and explaining the issue. Also, I never have an issue using my home warranty plan with Borth and Wilson! Would recommend them any day!
